Asus Power4gear Hybrid Download Windows 10

Does this utility do anything besides defining 2 ability plans and having ii buttons to choose between them?

I'thou trying to gear up the default power plan to "Balanced" so that unremarkably my laptop doesn't employ so much power (when not needed) only P4GH just has two options: "Loftier Functioning" and "Bombardment saving". Even when I ready the power plan to "Balanced", it gets reset to "High Functioning" when I restart the machine - this is getting really annoying.

Is there a way to configure P4GH to not to override the power plan settings? Is this utility fifty-fifty needed on the laptop? It seems to be zippo more than a fancy (useless) interface to select betwixt ii items. I oasis't uninstalled it yet because I'thousand not sure if information technology adds any special drivers to the organization that are needed for proper functioning.

You can disable information technology with ccleaner - Under Tools - Startup - Windows - highlight ASUS Power4Gear - on the correct click disable - reboot - reset your power plan.

Thanks for the replies - I'll probably get rid of this useless bit of junk. It's incredible that Asus managed to make the already pretty awful Windows UI for controlling power settings even less usable. Instead of spending coin and fourth dimension to come with these ridiculous graphical UI-due south, Asus should've just created a uncomplicated .NET grade with a handful of - actually useful - options.

There is no any entry in CCleaner related to Asus Power4Gear just it runs eveytime when Windows is started. How does it run?

Yeah just uninstalled it from programs and features, CC Cleaner can be hazardous to your Os do use unless there are no other options. Power4gear uninstalled hands and cleanly.

Is there annihilation that yous would recommend using other than CC Cleaner to proceed the computer running smoothly? I use CC Cleaner adequately regularly to clean out cached files and set up the registry without any issues (so far, lol). What problems have you had with it? Just out of curiosity. Well I but utilize deejay Clean up and Run DISM Tools occasionally don't have whatever problems on any of my 5 computer. CC Cleaner and other Registry cleaners can and exercise trash Registry quite frequently I oasis't used it in many years, I have started keeping Disk Images and Partition Images so If I install something I don't similar how it going I merely restore an prototype problems solved.
